BLUEPAW PROGRAM – TERMS OF USE

Welcome to the BluePaw Program! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BluePaw mobile applications, including the BluePaw App (“App for Dog Owners”) and the BluePawPro App (“App for Professionals”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and BluePaw, Inc. (“BluePaw,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By using any of the apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION A: TERMS FOR BLUEPAW APP (DOG OWNERS)

1. Introduction
   The BluePaw App is a free platform designed to connect dog owners for social and community interactions. By using the BluePaw App, you agree to the terms in this section.

2. Free Access
   The BluePaw App is entirely free for all users. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees.

3. Privacy Policy
   Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. This includes details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

4. Community Standards

• BluePaw maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users.
• Users who violate these terms may face account suspension or termination.

5. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms of Use for the BluePaw App from time to time. Updates will be communicated through the app or other channels.

SECTION B: TERMS FOR BLUEPAWPRO APP (PROFESSIONALS)

1. Introduction
   The BluePawPro App is a platform designed for professionals, such as veterinarians, dog trainers, and pet service providers, to access tools and insights to engage with the BluePaw community. By using the BluePawPro App, you agree to the terms in this section.

2. Free Access for Now
   BluePawPro is currently free for all users.

• Future Monetization: BluePaw reserves the right to introduce subscriptions or fees for additional features, advertising opportunities, or services in the future.
• Users will be notified of any pricing changes and provided an opportunity to accept or reject the updated terms before any charges are applied.

3. Monetization Policy
   If paid features are introduced, they may include, but are not limited to:

• Subscriptions for access to advanced analytics and tools.
• Fees for advertising products or services within the app.

Details about these features will be provided in advance, along with updated terms and conditions.

4. Privacy Policy

GENERAL TERMS FOR BOTH APPS

1. Termination of Use
   BluePaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to either app for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

2. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

3. Children

• The BluePaw Program is not intended for children under 16 years of age.
• Users aged 16 to 18 must have parental or legal guardian supervision.

OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT POLICY

BluePaw enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users across both apps. Violations include:

• Uploading inappropriate images or messages.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abuse.

Violators may face suspension or termination of their account.

By using any part of the BluePaw Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
